Personal Fitness Training
One-on-one training designed to give you an individualized, tailored program that will meet your needs and goals. We offer training services in several gym facilities, or in your home or office.

Lenard Fitness and Associates partners with a physical therapist, who provides a full structural analysis to any interested clients.  This information gives the trainer a detailed, measurable assessment of weak and inflexible muscles and joints.  We also work with a psychotherapist, learning to build motivation and develop rapport, helping establish values around exercise and helping people work through setbacks. 

Group Training
For those of you who enjoy working out with friends or family; up to three people may participate. An individualized program will be prepared for each person and each member of the group will be closely supervised during the workouts.

Reshape Your Shape
This is a dynamic and supportive weight loss and fitness training group course. The course lasts for eight weeks and includes: 1 initial training session to establish goals, 24 group exercise sessions, 2 nutrition workshops and 1 individual phone consultation. Enjoy small groups and custom tailored programs along with the support of camaraderie and group motivation.

Fitness Parties
Wouldn't you love to have your closest friends and family members benefit from the expertise of our training team? We'll bring all of our equipment to your home, set up "stations" and guide you and your guests through a total body workout. You may even decide to follow up the workout with a brunch!

Walking Club
Our current group of walkers meets twice a week at the Original Mike's Gym in Cambridge and walks around Fresh Pond. The group is led by one of our trainer team members, who carefully monitors each individual’s form and intensity level.

Outdoor Fitness Activities
Each season, we encourage and inspire you to test your fitness level with a variety of fun and appropriately challenging outdoor activities. These include bike rides, hikes, snowshoeing excursions and runs. One or more of our trainers will lead each activity.
