Ongoing WorkshopsIntroduction to
Strength and Conditioning: Our expert trainer, Joe Bergantino, will help you design a challenging yet manageable exercise program. Joe will cover all of the components of a balanced workout: cardiovascular activity, stretching and strengthening exercises. You will receive an exercise chart to track your progress, plus pictures of the exercises you’ll be learning. The routine will be repeated each month, so you may want to go through the course more than once. This is an outstanding opportunity for those of you who are new to exercise. your muscles adapt to an exercise after only three weeks (in other words,
they get bored)?! It’s important to have a lot of variations in
your workout routine, to keep body and mind alive and motivated. Each
month, Master Trainer Stephanie Morey will teach you some new and exciting
exercises to revitalize your routine. She will keep you up to date on
the latest and greatest gadgets, machines and concepts in the fitness
